The spices provide a taste sensation for the palate and the creamy glaze gives it a wonderful consistency!</p><p>The casserole only takes 25 minutes to prepare. It then bakes in the oven, releasing its wonderful aroma. Thanks to a large selection of vegetables, the pasta casserole contains lots of different vitamins, trace elements and fiber and is completely cholesterol-free. This dish is also full of protein thanks to the soy noodles. <li>2 tbsp    cashew butter</li></ul><p>Add to a bowl and whisk until the butter has dissolved.</p><ul class="wp-block-list"><li> 2 tbsp  nutritional yeast flakes</li>

<li>1 tbsp    basil</li>

<li>1 tsp      salt</li>

<li>1 tsp      onion powder</li>

<li>1 tsp      garlic powder</li>

<li>1 tsp      sweet paprika powder</li>

<li>½ tsp     ground mustard seed</li>

<li>½ tsp     ground black pepper</li>

<li>½ tsp     ground turmeric</li></ul><p>Add everything to the soy milk and stir well.</p><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>300 g     whole-grain noodles</li></ul><p>Place in a casserole dish and mix with half of the glaze.</p><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>230 g     corn kernels, cooked (1 jar/can, drained weight)</li>

<li>200 g     broccoli, wash and divide into florets</li>

<li>140 g     cherry tomatoes, cut in half</li>

<li>100 g     mushrooms, cut into small pieces</li>

<li>1            red bell pepper, wash and dice</li>

<li>1            zucchini, wash and dice</li>

<li>2            garlic cloves, crushed</li>

<li>1            onion, cut into small pieces</li></ul><p>Spread everything on top of the pasta in the gratin dish. Pour the rest of the glaze over it.
