About whole food plant-based

A wholefood plant-based diet is a vegan diet (without animal products) that also excludes highly processed foods for health reasons. In other words, we eat plants from which nothing healthy has been removed or unhealthy added in any processing steps.

This illustration helps to clarify this. On the left and in the middle are examples of whole plant-based foods. These include fruits and vegetables, legumes (beans, lentils, peas), whole grain products, and nuts and seeds.

We are happy to omit the red foods on the right, as well as all the food additives that nobody understands.

In our recipes we only use whole plant-based foods. We show you how to cook healthy meals that are full of minerals, fiber and nutrients. They contain no cholesterol and we use only natural ingredients.

A whole food plant-based diet has been scientifically proven to prevent, stop or even reverse chronic diseases. It can help you have more energy, lose weight and reduce inflammation markers in your body. You can find more benefits of a healthy diet here.

In our cookbook you will find more than 100 recipes from breakfast to main meals and desserts.
